THE GHOSTBUSTERS IN JAPAN

Attack of the B-Movie Monsters

Original Air date September 21, 1991

Writers: Jules Dennis and Richard Mueller

Director: Raymond Jafelice

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully
(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: The Ghostbusters have been summoned to Japan deal with monsters that have been attacking.  The Japanese Government goes all out even giving the Ghostbusters the Ecto-Ichi, a super advanced Ecto-1, to use in Japan.  The Ghostbusters defeat one of the monsters and then run into a young kid who knows of their origins.
Monster

It turns out Ectoplasm has been leaking in the old studios that produced the monster movies.  This is causing a number of movie monsters to emerge in real life forcing the Ghostbusters to fight them.  The Ghostbusters need extra power to boost their packs so they can destroy the main monster, who looks a lot like Godzilla. So they go to the Japanese electrical tower that looks a lot like the Eiffel Tower.  They lose their new car in the battle but defeat the monsters.
Top Monster

My Take:  It’s a bit ironic that the Ghostbusters original animation team was in Japan.  Yet this episode was made after they were replaced, kind of sad.

                Now for my stray observations:

  •       I knew when we saw that kid being picked on in the beginning, he was going to be the hero, sort of obvious.
  •       Back in the 1980s there was a fear that Japan was flying miles of head of us technology wise.  Their really nice Ecto car, that was like the Back to the Future Part II DeLorean, was a symbol of that fear.
  •       So mix ectoplasm with film and the characters come to life.

A fun little episode.

THE GHOSTBUSTERS DO A WESTERN, AGAIN

The Magnificent Five

Original Air date November 24, 1990

Writer: Sean Roche

Director: Raymond Jafelice

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully
(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: Out in an old western town of Spittoon the townspeople are being harassed by a ghost named Bart the Black.  The townspeople are about the abandon the town but the Mayor offers a reward to someone to take care of the ghosts.  Two men step forward and they have a plan to go off to New York City to recruit the Ghostbusters.  When they arrive in the city they screw up the job the Ghostbusters are currently on.  The two are able to win the Ghostbusters' support by dropping a bag of gold in their laps.
Black Bart and friends!

When the Ghostbusters get to town they battle Black Bart to a standstill. Egon discovers what Black Bart is after has nothing to do with gold but a power source for ghosts. The power source doesn’t work around humans.  Bart is recruiting an army of ghosts to scare all the locals off.  So in order to stop the power source from becoming active the Ghostbusters train the whole town to resist ghosts.
Improvising.

Bart shows back up and a final battle takes place between the two sides that results in Bart going into a ghost trap.  The town is grateful but since Egon at one point said “We aren’t here for your gold."  They were paid in hats.

My Take: This was a decent episode, I only wished at one point they had mentioned their previous Western adventure.

                Now for my stray observations:

·         So is town stuck in the 19th century of something?
·         Those people on the bus were very convenient.
·         One moment the locals are looking to leave town the next they don’t want outsiders!  Figure it out people.
·         Oh well Peter, at least you got that bag of gold in the beginning.  I think gold prices back then were $900 an ounce.  The hats are also nice.

A good episode but whenever Black Bart’s name was mentioned all I could think of was the Simpsons character.

ONE OF THOSE KIND OF CARTOONS

Stay Tooned

Original Air date November 3, 1990

Writers: Len Janson and Chuck Menville

Director: Raymond Jafelice

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully
(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: The Ghostbusters are watching TV when Ray asks if it’s okay for him to change the channel the others tell him okay but sarcastically.  Ray doesn’t sense the sarcasm and changes the channel from the Lenny Jason Show (a parody of Johnny Carson’s Tonight Show) and eventually landed on the Sammy K. Ferrert show.  An animated show about a cartoon Ferret that degrades his fictional guests, Ray thinks it’s funny and so does Slimer.  The other three Ghostbusters leave in disgust.  When reception gets bad Ray sticks the antenna outside, only to have it get stuck by lighting.  The TV starts to grow large so Ray unplugs it.
Cruel to guests!

The next day, Janine on her lunch break plugs in the TV and Sammy K Ferret comes to life.  He plays a number of animated tricks on the Ghostbusters that Ray finds hilarious until the last one before he took off could have killed them.  They try to find Sammy in the city and that proves not to be hard because everything he comes across becomes animated.  During the chase Ray turns into a cartoon pig and Winston a cartoon dog.
Half of our team are cartoons.

The Ghostbusters try to lure Sammy into a trap by creating their own comedy show.  The trap works but he again proves immune to capture.  Egon figures out that he is just an ordinary ghost and if they anger him enough he will lose his cartoon shield and be vulnerable to attack.  Egon then turns into a cartoon bird.
Final stand!

When Sammy tries to attack the Lenny Jason Show the Ghostbusters put their plan into action irritating Sammy causing him to revel his true self  allowing the Ghostbusters to catch him.  Everything turns back to normal, some things sooner than others.

My Take: This episode strongly reminded me of the Season 2 episode “Who are you calling Two-Dimensional” where the Ghostbusters also have to deal with a cartoon character come to life.  This, like the previous episode, seemed to want to draw the line between the type of cartoon the Ghostbusters are compared to ones such as Lonny Tunes or Tom and Jerry.  Unfortunately, the message is lost on a season that continues to try and reincorporate elements of the dreaded Slimer subseries into the mainstream TV show.

                Now for my stray observations:

·         Like the creators of South Park I don’t feel there should be a limit to comedy.  In a comedy house prepare to be offended.  Yet I also expect it to be smart and cleaver but Sammy was just dumb.
·         Considering the way he was acting I didn’t feel sorry for Ray when he turned into a pig.
·         Why are they using an antenna?  Don’t they have satellite or cable?
·         Good way to get electrocuted guys.

A generally decent episode.

THE GHOSTBUSTERS ARE BACK IN SPACE

Spacebusters

Original Air date September 22, 1990

Writers: Len Janson and Chuck Menville

Director: Raymond Jafelice

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully
(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: Peter and Winston are on the job but Winston keeps messing it up to check his beeper, until Peter gets so frustrated he destroys it.  The next day Winston is accepted to NASA as a civilian adviser.  The Ghostbusters are thrilled for their long time member who gets to return to space.
Happy to see Winston not dead!

The three Ghostbusters, Slimer, and Janine all watch the space mission from TV only to see one of the astronauts get absorbed by a ghost.  The screen goes blank so the remaining Ghostbusters head to NASA to help Winston.  When their shuttle gets them to the space station they find a bunch of empty space suits but Winston is okay.  The alien has been absorbing the crew and Winston was only saved by the PKE meter.
The ghost from space!

The Ghostbusters hunt for the ghost and Slimer gets a pet mouse. The Ghostbusters are limited to where they can blast because of the hull.  This limitation allows the ghost to absorb Ray and Egon.  Peter and Winston are informed by Slimer that the creature wants to lower the station down so it will be destroyed in the atmosphere allowing the ghost will escape.  Peter and Winston finally get the ghost in a place where they can blast it.  They force it to release all the people, while Slimer short circuits the system stopping the decline.  The Ghostbusters then to trap the ghost.
Slimer hanging out!

My Take: Well the Ghostbusters second space adventure wasn’t really as good as the first.  The space crew didn’t show us anything, what happened the Star Trek parody people?

Now for my stray observations:

·         I thought it was odd their previous space adventure wasn’t even mentioned.  Winston and Ray were awfully excited for people who had done this before.
·         I honestly thought Slimer was going to eat the mouse before it became his pet.
·         The Ghostbusters can’t be destructive, this time it costs them too.
·         It was actually the moose that saved the day.
·         Yeah it was good Jack Nicholson impersonation.

In space no one can hear you call.

TEENAGE MUTANT NINGA TURTLE PARODY

Mean Green Teen Machine

Original Air date September 22, 1990

Writer: Jules Dennis

Director: Raymond Jafelice

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully
(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary:  A trio of ghosts calling themselves the Mean Green Teen Machine show up to New York to wreak havoc and eat a lots of pizza.  At the firehouse Egon has invented a new machine that will let the Ghostbusters control their dreams and observe them on a monitor screen.
Setting a trap for the Mean Green Teen Machine

The Ghostbusters then get called and the spend the afternoon chasing the MGTM team around New York City and even trying to arrange an ambush on them.  They never get the ghost teens but the MGTM team gets one on the Ghostbusters.   That night as the Ghostbusters are choose their dreams using Egon's new invention.  While the Ghostbusters are in dream mode, the Mean Green Teen Machine shows up to enter and take control of the selected dreams.  They chase the Ghostbusters around in their own heads.  Slimer, who is observing the whole thing on the monitor, gets desperate and toys with the device.   This pays off and it allows all the Ghostbusters interact with each other in their dreams.  They have one last battle with the croc kids before catching them in a ghost trap.
Finding the dream machine.

That day the Ghostbusters decided to all have hamburgers choosing to forgo pizza for now.

Egon's dreams are boring.

My Take: As a fan of both shows I chose to take this a laugh with as opposed to laugh at type of episode.
Winston's are better.

                Now for my stray observations:

       ·         Peter dreams of being Batman and doing other things.
·         These should be Slimer’s favorite opponents.
·         What’s with the Ghostbusters shouting their own name?
·         I love the ambush they set up.  Remember what happened last time we drilled?
·         Ray as Tarzan, Peter on a game show, Winston as Captain Kirk, and Egon enjoying science.
·         I thought the ghosts should have been more vulnerable in the Ghostbusters' dreams.
·         Since when does a dream trap equal a real one?
·         I wish they did a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles crossover when these cartoons were both on the air.

A fun episode but I don’t care if I ever see these villains again.

EITHER CHANGE CABINETS OR STOP USING THE WORD

You Can't Teach an Old Demon New Tricks

Original Air date September 8, 1990

Writer: Larry DiTillio

Director: Raymond Jafelice

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully
(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary:  The Ghostbusters get hired by the magician named the Great Straczynski to investigate why his assistants keep disappearing for real in his magic cabinet.  The Ghostbusters investigate but while they are all standing in the cabinet Straczynski, explaining what happens to his assistants, says the magic word sending the Ghostbusters to another dimension.
Not really magical, but something bothering him is.

When they get there it starts to literally raining snakes.  They manage to escape and in doing so find a castle with all the missing assistants and a terrible magician named Gorgar.  Turns out this guy is a demon who loves human magic.  However he can’t do magic tricks and that upsets him.  He tries to get the Ghostbusters to teach him.  When they say no he chases them around until they agree to show him in exchange for a way home.
"This thing has been eating my assistants!" "Have you tried not feeding it!"

Turns out the door that travels to our dimension also tries to combine the two dimensions when its used.  The only way to stop it is to lock the door back up, but Gorgar refuses to do this.  Ray agrees to go back with Gorgar through the cabinet so he won't have to be alone.  Well it also turns out that if you go through the cabinet and separate the dimensions that automatically returns all to wear they came.

My Take: A decent episode, I caught the tribute to fellow Ghostbuster author, Straczynski, with the first magician.

                Now for my stray observations:

·         If people disappear in this cabinet then maybe you should stop using it.
·         Or at least don’t say the magic work that came with the owner’s manual.
·         All those assistants and not one knew a single magic trick?
·         If I was with the Ghostbusters I would have just offered up Straczynski if he let them go.
·         You think those assistants would be happy to be home after all those years, maybe they were put off by the prison dimension seemingly following them.
·         Not the first time they had to deal with a want-a-be magician and his cabinet.
·         Well they destroyed the magic studio while getting rid of their ghost problem. Damn destructive Ghostbusters.

A smart fun little episode.

SLIMER FORGETS TRAPS AREN’T TOYS

Loose Screws

Original Air date November 25, 1989

Writers: Pat Allee and Ben Hurst

Director: Charles Grosvenor

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully
(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: Slimer is playing “Ghostbusters” with a self-made toy proton pack.  Then he finds a real trap.  He plays with the trap and breaks it.  He tried to fix it and seems to, but there is a missing screw.  Then the alarm rings and Slimer brings the broken trap when Peter orders him to.  Slimer doesn’t let the guys know it is missing a screw.  When busting a ghost they order Slimer to throw the trap.
Slimer playing ghostbuster
Need to fix the broken trap.

As the Ghostbusters drive home the trap is leaking and the ghost siphons off pieces of itself to animate several objects such as stop signs and parking meters.  As they get home the trap does more damage turning all of Janine’s items on her desk against her.  The worst part is the Containment Unit gets affected and starts spitting out ghosts.  Egon alters a particle thrower to restore the Containment Unit normal.
Too late! Job to do.
And now the Containment Unit is alive.

When the threat eliminated Slimer is made to vow that he will never play with the ghostbuster equipment again.  Then they all the all clean the station as a family.
Cleaning time, Slimer's reward.

My Take: A nice small episode involving everyone’s favorite green ghost.  Considering the Ghostbusters tend to treat Slimer like he is a kid maybe they should have spoken one of their own for leaving a trap just lying around.

                Now for my stray observations:

  •        Don’t the traps come with gauges?  They should have been able to tell something was wrong.
  •        Gee, these little ghosts get a lot more powerful when they are split into pieces.
  •        Why wasn’t the Ecto-1 possessed again?
  •        Well the Ghostbusters were very destructive this week, I bet they don't tell the city who is responsible.
  •       Okay how does the part of a little ghost take control of the entire Containment Unit that is there for the purpose of containing ghosts?  There are a lot more powerful ghosts on the inside.

Poor little Slimer, all you wanted to do was play Ghostbusters!

SLIMER KIDNAPPED BY GHOSTS

The Ransom of Greenspud

Original Air date December 23, 1989

Writer: Stan Phillips

Director: Charles Grosvenor

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully

(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: A trio of ugly ghosts invades the firehouse to try to free their boss, Spiderlegs.  They fail but they kidnap Slimer and leave a ransom note demanding her release.  The Ghostbusters have to air a song on the radio as the sign they complied.  In the crooks’ layer, Slimer is flying circles around them.  The Ghostbusters broadcast the song and use sound waves to track Slimer.  They show up bust the ghosts and go home.
Spiderlegs reminds me of the old Superman villain

My Take: A fun short little episode.  Slimer had been taken by humans before and lured by other ghosts but this is the first time he was held hostage.  Slimer’s standing with other ghosts can’t be too good and there should be an episode about that.

                Now for my stray observations:

·         I am glad that the ghosts who tried to open the Containment Unit failed, it should be more secure.
·         The porthole on the Containment Unit is stupid.
·         Spider legs remind me of the old Superman villain the Spider Lady.

Not much more to say.

LOOK WE FOUND ANOTHER DRAGON

Surely You Joust

Original Air date November 11, 1989

Writer: Tony Marino

Director: Charles Grosvenor

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully

(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: Ray is reading Slimer some fairy tales but needs to cut one story short in order to go to bed.  Slimer doesn’t want story time to be over so he takes the book down the Containment room for a quiet space to read.  However a small dragon shows up and asks Slimer for help against two Ogres.  The Ogres show up and try to take the dragon but Slimer and the dragon escape to the ground floor.  Janine sees the Ogres and wakes the Ghostbusters who then show up and attack with their proton packs.  The Ogres capture Janine and escape with her.
Armor to steal!

The dragon explains that she is from the Realm of Fantasy and her enemy Orlox , a wizard, who needs a dragon’s heart to become invincible.  They decide to go to the Realm of Fantasy, whose gateway was in the subway.  When they enter the Ghostbusters find that Orlox has offered Janine’s hand in marriage to whoever brings the dragon to him.  The Ghostbusters steal knights’ armor and confront Orlox.  They battle the wizard ultimately trapping him.
Rescue mission!

The Realm of Fantasy is restored and the Ghostbusters go back home through the subway.

My Take: So the Ghostbusters have found another dragon!  Since this dragon is the last in the Realm of Fantasy maybe Egon can wake his own dragon and send it to live in the Realm of Fantasy.  That way they can be both safely out of the way and mate to get more dragons.  Egon can call on them if he needs help or his cousins in Westeros do.

                Now for my stray observations:

·         Those poor subway riders.
·         Offering Janine’s hand in marriage.  A good thing the Ghostbusters didn’t bring it up because Janine would be happy to marry Egon.

Slimer needs to stop sneaking books with fairy tales off to the containment unit room.

SLIMER HAS A TWIN

Trading Faces

Original Air date September 16, 1989

Writers: Len Janson and Chuck Menville

Director: Charles Grosvenor

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully

(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: Somewhere in the netherworld a Slimer-like ghost is off stealing candy from a ghost baby.  However that ghost baby had big brothers who decided to pound the Slimer-look-a-like so the little green ghost decided to flee.
Slimer and Louis playing cards.

At the firehouse Janine just got an antique mirror in a yard sale and shows it to Lewis and Slimer.  What none of them know is that mirror is actually a portal to the netherworld.  Bad Slimer uses the mirror portal to escape from the netherworld to our world.  When Slimer encounters him the bad ghost forces Slimer through the portal, and when Louis walks in on their fight Bad Slimer forces Louis through the portal as well.  Evil Slimer then paints the mirror black, closing the portal, and then throws the mirror in the trash.  Slimer and Louis spend the rest of the episode trying to avoid Bad Slimer’s enemies.
Sent to Ghost world by bad Slimer.

At the firehouse Peter and Egon notice “Slimer” misbehaving rather forcefully and Louis is missing. Peter checks the security cameras to see when Louis left, he sees everything that had happened and tells Egon.  They then bust the false Slimer and travel to the dump with PKE meters to find the mirror. Peter, Egon, and Janine dig through the trash.  After a short while they find the mirror, open the portal, and rescue Louis and Slimer.  Afterward the mirror is destroyed closing the portal.

My Take: Slimer having a twin is a great idea.  After all is he a type of ghost?  And if so how many more like him are there?  The Evil Slimer also reminded me a lot of how Slimer was portrayed like in the first film.  There was part of me that thought maybe this was the movie Slimer than I remembered the episode “Citizen Ghost.”

                Now for my stray observations:
  • Those security cameras are convenient; especially when only have a fifteen minute episode.  Could have used them in the Copy Cat episode.
  • First episode without all four Ghostbusters.
  • Slimer is strong enough to carry a human, food for thought.

A good Slimer episode.

NOW THE GHOSTS GET TO JUDGE

Jailbusters

Original Air date November 4, 1989

Writers: Len Janson and Chuck Menville

Director: Martin Gates

Main Cast:
  • Dave Coulier as Peter Venkman
  • Frank Welker as Raymond Stantz
  • Maurice LaMarche as Egon Spengler
  • Buster Jones as Winston Zeddemore
  • Kath Soucie as Janine Melnitz
  • Frank Welker as Slimer
  • Rodger Bumpass as Louis Tully

(Rating 4 of 5)

Summary: Louis and Janine are both overworked and underappreciated.  Each of the four Ghostbusters has a special invite tonight but all four invites were a trap.  The Ghostbusters were kidnapped and taken to the ghost world to be placed on trial for their crimes against ghosts.  Back at the station Louis figures out what had happened to the Ghostbusters by studying the invitations with Slimer.  Janine takes the lead and they head out to rescue the Ghostbusters.
The prosecutor of the Ghostbusters.

The Ghostbusters are put on a show trial for crimes against ghosts.  The trail is a shame the ghosts don’t take seriously with the judge forgetting what he is doing and the jury sleeping.  The Ghostbusters are found guilty and imprisoned.  They can’t escape and the food is horrible.  They do get a visit from a disguised Janine and Louis who have gotten to the ghost world courtesy of Slimer.
Jury of Peers?

As the guys are about to be taken to be devoured by a monster called “the Armpit” Janine and Louis break in and rescue the Ghostbusters and they all escape from the ghost world.  Raises come Louis and Janine’s way.
Janine and Louis to the rescue.

My Take: I generally enjoyed this episode but at the same time I was somewhat disappointed with it.  It presented a very interesting concept but it was poorly executed.  I always like it when the ghosts finally responding to the threat of the Ghostbusters, and the idea of them putting the Ghostbusters on trial for crimes against ghosts is a fascinating one.  The Ghostbusters do play judge, jury, and post-lifetime jailer for all the spirits; so for the ghosts to want to turn this around on them is great concept.  Unfortunately it is so poorly executed that it doesn’t work.  The ghosts themselves don’t take the issue seriously.  The jury often falls asleep and the judge forgets what he is doing.

This episode would have been so much better if they had only took the main issue seriously with the ghosts accusing them of doing an actual wrong and the Ghostbusters having to defend themselves.  I already thought of three main arguments the Ghostbusters could use as a defense.  The first is the spirit world and the mortal world should, if not remain separate, have crossovers limited.  If a bunch of mortals invaded the ghost world, the ghosts that lived their would probably do something about it.  The second is the Ghostbusters don’t harass innocent ghosts they only respond when ghosts are harming someone.  The third is they often have provided shelter to certain ghosts (Slimer, Buster, Spookums) and they have often helped other ghosts pass over or complete their mission (Simon Quegg or Uncle Horace).

                Now for my stray observations:

·         The Ghostbusters are all wearing tuxes underneath their jumpsuits?!?  This would be like going out playing a game of basketball in your clothes you have for an interview underneath your shorts and tank top then proceed to go straight to your interview.  I know the Ghostbusters know how to shower.
·         Nice hat Ray! I don’t know too many people walking around in fedoras, even in 1989.
·         Ahh… not signing you employees’ paychecks and paying them when you say you would is a crime.  You’re lucky Louis doesn’t call the Department of Labor on you.
·         Good to see Janine take the lead and organize the rescue mission, in earlier episodes this season I thought she should have grabbed a pack earlier.
·         Slimer showing them how to get into the ghost world was rather easy.
·         Weren’t the ghosts even sort of suspicious about these two random humans hanging out in the ghost world?

A good episode that could have been better.
